Lets assume your opinion is correct, with the amended contract by Collins's Dauda which which included the sale of 1500 units to the offtaker and the money used to build another 1500 in a year and repeated until they reached 5000, would there have been any loss if Atta Akyea hadn't terminated the contract? Watch this short clip and tell me if the prosecution of Collins Dauda Alone in the event there was any loss was justified or unbiased? 1. Why did the prosecution not Include Atta Akyea in the suit ? 2. Wouldn't the case have let or mistrial with all the flaws and errors by the NPP political hatchet man Gofred Dame? 3.
