@RodRosenstine @BeijingDai It doesn't matter if it's old or new. What matters is someone with power changes it. DOGE is the first time the govt is changing it.

@MrBig2024 @ZhaiXiang5 @Kanthan2030 A while ago, he blocked me for a reply like "Australia is bad". The reply was not even abt him. I was surprised how such a reply could offend him.

@MrBig2024 @ZhaiXiang5 @Kanthan2030 Exactly. When his post showed up in my feed last year, I felt the same. He sounds as if he didn't know abt US hostility to China at all, so naive, cuck, cringy. I think if China was invaded, he would be among the first to become 漢奸. Something is wrong w/ him, so weird, so sick

@robert_baiguan Not all private companies give bonus, but the pay and benefits need to be good enough; otherwise ppl can always find another job. Fed jobs are the same - ppl are still working, so the pay must be ok. I don't see problem unless govt can't find ppl to hire due to low pay.

@GlenwoodNate @robert_baiguan Congress only allocate lots of money without any anti-corruption oversight. US needs a new anti-corruption agency. DOGE is it. Singapore, Hong Kong, China...have anti-corruption agencies.

@GlenwoodNate @robert_baiguan They are still restricted by law, doing whatever is allowed by law. Whatever they do, they are the only hope to change it.

@YashengHuang @RdotYao Apples and oranges. Cultural Revolution had nothing to do with cutting govt waste, dirty jobs by USAID and anti-corruption. There is nothing good out of CR, but lots of good things by DOGE.
In 1967, USAID paid the head of the CIA’s mercenary army in Laos the financial capital to acquire 2 airplanes from 2 CIA-propriety airlines, which the CIA-backed army used to traffic drugs from the Golden Triangle and sell them abroad to finance their war efforts

@dahankzter @AngelicaOung Just like American military was "too advanced" for Afghanistan, Vietnam, Korean War...? Americans don't even have short memory, but only overconfidence and hubris. You failed miserable even during peak US, now you're well past your peak. Let this sink in for your own good.

@JoeLoganTalley @GlenwoodNate @AngelicaOung Which peer enemy has the US fought any air or naval war after WW2? Does USAF have any AAM to match this? AIM-260 is still under development, but is already surpassed by this:
China's New Hypersonic Air-to-Air Missile: A Game Changer in Aerial Warfare • China has unveiled a new air-to-air hypersonic missile with an estimated range exceeding 1000 kilometers, significantly surpassing its current PL-17 missile with a range of 350-400 kilometers. • This hypersonic missile, currently undergoing final heat-resistance testing, boasts speeds exceeding Mach 5, making it exceptionally difficult to intercept with existing defense systems. • The missile's extended range poses a substantial threat to a wide array of airborne targets, including transport planes, refueling aircraft, bombers, and early-warning systems, potentially neutralizing them before they can react. • The development of this weapon presents a significant challenge to the United States, particularly concerning its stealth aircraft like the B-21 Raider, which may be vulnerable to the missile's speed and unpredictable trajectory • China's potential deployment platforms for this hypersonic missile include its advanced fighter jets such as the Chengdu J-20 and Shenyang J-16, as well as the H-6K bomber and even the Y-20 transport aircraft, each offering unique advantages • The successful integration of this missile into China's air force hinges on developing robust command and control systems and ensuring reliable launch capabilities across diverse operational environments. • This technological advancement marks a pivotal shift in aerial warfare, forcing the U.S. and other nations to adapt their offensive strategies to counter the unprecedented capabilities of China's hypersonic weaponry

@JoeLoganTalley @GlenwoodNate @AngelicaOung The cost will be zero. This is stupid baseless alarmism. A multipolar world will be a safe world. Countries have already learned that trying to conquer the world is doomed to fail.
