This is must read reporting….. The natures of constitutional crisis happening in Manipur is the first time in the history. The constitution so far doesn’t cover Ethnic divide of the state where one section of political representatives who represent a minority cannot attend the session due to their fear of lives. The question remains is will the legislative assembly consider a valid when one ethnic group of the state who represents 16 percent of vote share is not taking parts in the session due to security concerns??
