Wanted to blend Vrykul heritage and germanic flavouring, hence altered names, vyrkul presence etc
It's always bugged me that the city of "Lordaeron" was actually called "Capital City" so here it gets named after Lordain like the region is.
Mulgore is as done as it's going to get, which means Tirisfal is the last remaining starting zone.
There's a huge bit of unused space with a lake to the bottom left of Mulgore so I just merged it into the zone and made it where the Grimtotem chill out.

Mulgore is as done as it's going to get, which means Tirisfal is the last remaining starting zone.
There's a huge bit of unused space with a lake to the bottom left of Mulgore so I just merged it into the zone and made it where the Grimtotem chill out.

I've seen people question why there are still bows and arrows in WoW when there are guns, and while the real answer is just that the technological worldbuilding is a hot mess, the fun answer can be as simple as a fire mage killing a line of riflemen by making their guns explode.
