& all kind-hearted Indonesian ppl for saving over 200 Rohingya & giving them refuge on ur soil today, which was pushed back into sea for 2ice.
Humanitarian actors need to act quickly to address the Rohingya camp's water crisis since it's causing needless conflicts among refugees who aren't getting enough water from the water supply that the NGOs set up. NGOs claim that they are unable to supply enough water...(1/3)
We
#Rohingya
mustn't be abandoned in this predicament where we're unable to eat properly. We can't get by on $8. In contrast to refugees in other nations, aren't permitted to work, earn money for our survival, or pursue education for our future. The intel' community must do more!
Dear
#Indonesian
&
#Malaysian
brethren, It's my humble request to you all to give a little time to read my personal statement below! It's about our Rohingya people coming to your lands in search of safety & living there with dignity as human beings. May you all be blessed.
A group of 150
#Rohingya
refugees from the BGD refugee camp, who departed the camp nearly a month ago, disembarked in Indonesia at 11:00 AM this morning! We appreciate that
@Kemlu_RI
let the Rohingya survivors take refuge in their land of humanity!
Early this morning, Dec 2023, a group of 150 Rohingya from the world's largest refugee camp arrived in Sabang, an island north of Aceh,Indonesia. Unlimited thanks to Indonesian ppl &its gov for showing humanity towards the Rohingya genocide survivors. May Allah SWT bless you all!
Highly elated to be part of this important 'Youth Workshop' at camp-4 CIC office today along with many talented youths from our
Rohingya community and the local community. Unlimited thanks to everyone for your effort to make this happen. May Allah SWT bless you all.
Innah Lillahi Wainnah Illaihi Rwajeun!Saddened to learn that the two young Rohingya children from my relatives died in Bachanchor today. While playing hide and seek, all at once they fell into a lake and immersed right away. May Allah SWT grant them the highest place in Jannah.
When I was a child, I used to hear from my late father that we would be issued NID cards in Myanmar when Daw Su comes into power. But sadly, my father died in hope of holding a NID card in his hand in Myanmar. And we became victims of genocide when she came into power, instead.
Many Rohingya volunteers working under NGOs in camps with very low stipends are so saddened on the eve of the New Year to have been terminated. Every year, NGOs do the same—terminate volunteers. Out of 1M, maybe 5/ 10℅ refugees work for the NGOs simply to support their families.
In 17-6-2015, I got a prize from
a police officer working at our village-police station 4 passing
the matriculation exam along with some Rakhine students. And I wanted to attend the University to fulfill my dream of becoming a journalist to raise the voice of our people.
A young Rohingya girl has drawn her home in Myanmar on paper. She was just 6 months old when she fled BGD. Thus, amazed to see how she could draw her home despite not remembering it. In camp, she learns education at a community-led school in KTP& is especially interested in art.
These 2 elderly men, along with other

daily lobors, are working to construct a bamboo bridge over a small canal inside the world’s largest refugee camp in BGD with a daily wage of 350 TK ($3) in a day, which is roughly enough for the whole day's cost of a family!

Meet this Rohingya family who lost their only son in the Andaman Sea while fleeing to Malaysia with a rickety vessel last year. He was the only source for them to expect a decent meal and get medication for their chronic illness which they have been suffering for a long time.1/2
Why did
@UNICEF
omit many pages from d Myanmar curriculum textbooks that they distribute at their learning centers, including poems?4 poems, along with other pages &exercises, were omitted from the Grade-7 English alone. This should be scrutinized by the responsible persons ASAP.
With no other means of income, a Rohingya man is selling rice cakes, known as ‘Duñi Fiça,’ to help his family financially in the world's largest refugee camp. He can barely make almost 100 BDT ($1) from this in a day, which he uses to buy vegetables & fish for his children! (1/2)
Imagine! How would the Rohingya elderly people & women feel to walk the long distance of 4-5KM to go to the markets in Ramadan when the temperature rises to 40°C? Having very few markets & a lack of vehicle services inside the camps make this very hard for most of the Rohingya.
The 2 missing boats with over 400 Rohingya people, whose machines have been malfunctioned, should be urgently rescued & allow them for the disembarkation for the sake of humanity, as they're all human beings but with different fate simply because being born to Rohingya parents!😭
The
#Rohingya
refugees are incredibly resilient & have triumphed over tragedies by smiling no matter how bad is the situation. No one in the world, in my opinion, can tolerate this dire condition that we have been suffering from in uncertainty and insecurity.
#Rohingaylife
We are appealing to the global

refugees. Plz pity us and help us to live our lives with the value of humans & to have a place to call home before we pass away. The key to solving our crisis is in your hands for sure!
26 years ago today, my mom gave me birth in this world. Since then, being born to Rohingya parents, I haven't yet got my identity as a citizen of my country nor am I allowed to belong to any sort of this biased world. Just being treated as if I ain't a human being. Ah! My life!
Because their families don't have enough money sources &there aren't any schools that offer a proper education, the majority of Rohingya children who are old enough to start school sell betel quids on the street. Prior to it being too late, they must be given the chance to study.
My Comments!
“To ensure sustainable repatriation, there should be much more pressure from different sides by the international community on the Myanmar government,” Mohammed Rezuwan Khan, a Rohingya rights activist in Cox’s Bazar, told Arab News this week.
He who has no land under his/her feet has no value in this world. As a Rohingya, it's a crime for me to wear/eat on other people’s land. Submerging ourselves in the ocean's depths with depressions. Never would I leave my homeland &die there if I had known that this was my life.😭

4 providing the ration of $10 per headcount. For a refugee, it's no longer enough to survive a whole month in this time of inflation.
To be able to survive on our own instead of solely relying on WFP, it's imperative to establish livelihood opportunities.
All the
#Rohingya
refugees are facing extreme vulnerability—extortion, gang violence, & unemployment—which drive them take the most perilous sea journeys & relocate to Bachancor, where they are supposed to receive enough rations from

for their survival.

‘Cries of children were unbearable’: Rescued Rohingya refugees recall ordeal at sea
I applaud what the Rohingya volunteers are doing to protect their communities in the refugee camps. Block by block, this man has been sterilizing to prevent people from contracting dengue illness. NGOs in the health sector must be so focused on this during this challenging time.
The military has so far detained more than 100 young Rohingya ppl from 4 different villages in Buthidaung. They'll reportedly receive training & weapons to combat against
#AA
rebel group. Still more ppl who've been detained by military & aren't in communication with their family!
I’m so excited to share with you all that I will be joining a Zoom call with
@arunn_jegan
from the camp in BGD on this exhibition in Australia next week. So if u r an advocate, artist, or associated community member, plz join us as we celebrate the Rohingya story.
The Rohingya children should have access to a top-notch education! They represent our future. Ignoring them would entail damaging the future of the whole Rohingya community. Many children, like him, mend shoes on the street to earn some money to help support their families.

Innah Illaihi Wainnah Illaihi Rwajeun! AA (Rakhine rebel group) shot & killed Mojib Ullah, a Rohingya administrator in Maung Daw Town tonight. Both military junta & AA’s a long-awaited plan to exterminate Rohingya from Arakan is being implemented. Nowhere is safe & no food left!
Mv. Mosood, a well-known Rohingya mullah from Arakan State, was said to have been shot by a ruling armed gang in Arakan state today, while traveling to Maung Daw Town. It's also being heard that he has passed away in Myoma Hospital. It is believed that AA is behind the killing.
Amidst too much suffering in the camp, the water crisis also remains unsolved yet leaving many
#Rohingya
in limbo, not allowing them to have chance to take a shower in a day, due to a lack of water supply in this unbearable heat of summer. It might make us suffer from diseases.
72 Rohingya refugees were arrested in the Ayeyarwady Region while attempting to leave the open-air prison in Rakhine State& the world’s largest refugee camp. This is the failure of the Int’l community to protect the Rohingya refugees and find a sustainable solution for them.
At Buthidaung, the military & AA are currently engaged in more fierce combat. Many Rohingya were killed & got injured, so fleeing their homes fearing that the violence could intensify more. So, it’s vital to stop using civilian human shields & cease fighting in civilian villages!
If NUG has a good policy about Rohingya, they can amend the 1982 citizenship law anytime, as though they had amended the 2008 constitution, without returning to power!

Several anti-Trafficking campaigns should be launched in the camps in BGD ASAP. At the same time, there should be opportunities for jobs and education for Rohingya to survive their life, otherwise, many people will keep taking perilous journeys in the sea.
In the rainy days, the two Rohingya children are waiting outside the community school to enter the room! They find peace & comfort
whenever they go to school & only concentrate on learning education, creating art, & singing tragedy specifically about Rohingya life in the camps!
No one is yet rescuing the 160 Rohingya stranded in the sea for over 3 weeks. The latest GPS 07.03 092.47 shows that the boat is now adrift in Andaman, not very far from Nicobar Island, India. Could talk with them again today, are only crying for disembarkation, food and water.
Football is an incredibly beneficial & mentally uplifting pastime that contributes to the overall wellbeing of ppl. On rainy days, they're watching a football match & showing their team spirit by standing up all day long without using an umbrella or anything to shade their heads.

All day today, the military junta is conducting airstrikes & artillery fire in Maung Daw. Many people are fleeing their homes fearing to be killed. But nowhere is safe, as AA targets the Rohingya in addition to the military for their political gain. Situation is too tense there.
Just talked with a person in MDW & he said;
"We, the Rohingya in Arakan are extremely concerned about the ongoing clash between the military junta & AA that is resulting in us dying as crossfire. Yesterday 4 ppl left dead & 5 were seriously injured in Buthidaung by military. 1/2
A boat with 400 Rohingya has been stranded at Andaman since
last week. The machine has been malfunctioned & ran out of the dry rations that they had & so it's in danger of sinking in the coming days if it's not rescued ASAP. It's the boat’s satellite contact +8821644408868
Even though their childhood in the camp is difficult and depressing, the Rohingya children find delight in doing something different that can help them manage their stress and stay mentally strong in the face of adversity.

An enormous masterplan to eliminate all the Rohingya from Arakan is being implemented by the military junta & Rakhine rebel group(AA). AA deliberately positions in Rohingya villages to fight the junta, while the junta forcibly conscripts Rohingya youths to serve in the militia.

Very shocked to see the attached document below as I’m gravely concerned that my life would end in refugee life like my past two generations. 44 yrs hv already passed since the Rohingya became refugees in BGD for the 1st time in 1978. Yet we remain in the same uncertain future.
With little insulation during this frigid winter, the victims of the Camp 5 fire incident are still going through a tough time.Convalescing their lives as if they were thus far becomes imperative—rebuilding their shelters as wide and strong as they were should be prioritized.
On this 3rd anniversary of the military coup in Myanmar, are standing with the people of Myanmar to express our solidarity and say, "Let's work together to establish democracy in the country & put an end to the military dictatorship!" Together we are more than stronger.
9 Rohingya individuals attempted to cross the Myanmar-Bangladesh border by boat to take refuge in Bangladesh but were intercepted by the Bangladesh BGB and were subsequently forced to return to Myanmar after reaching the zero line of the Naf River.

(1/3)Alhamdulillah! Thanks once again to the Indonesian gov and its public for your humanitarian assistance to the Rohingya at all times. Thanks to all my friends for each of your tireless hard work to rescue them! It means a lot to us. Actually, It's a joyous and blissful moment
🚨Hundreds of refugees are in danger. Immediate rescue needed. Indonesian, Malaysian & other regional authorities must allow the boat to disembark safely, and must provide humanitarian assistance, safety and shelter.
According to a boatman, a boat carrying over a 100 Rohingya that left the camp on 7th Nov 23, became stranded in the Andaman Sea since last week. The boat's machinery broke down & it ran out of food & fuel. Worried if the cyclone caused them to drown if they don't receive help.
"This appears to be a psychological urge observed in other cases and regions where people in distress experience severe mental stress in the face of fear and desperation, for which they have a tendency to throw themselves at sea as a form of suicide.”
Heavy motor shelling continues in
Taugphyo & Myothogyi village since 03/02/24 in the fight between junta & AA. Due to the internet blockade, still unknown about casualties! We're all so worried about civilians, especially the Rohingya ppl, as they're targeted by both parties.
