Our real-life Tony Stark rocked the Surface Duo and doubled down on the Duo 2. Respect.
I talk more about this on my blog, the #1 Palmer Luckey blog on the internet. "The IVAS program – one of the most important programs to the Army – represents just the beginnings of a new path in human augmentation, one that will allow America’s warfighters to surpass the limitations of human form and cognition, seamlessly teaming enhanced humans with large packs of robotic and biologic teammates."

@MarvinTBaumann Agreed, systems should be built for people in an ai world not people working around the system.

Couple of things to call out. There are good SaaS businesses that cater to SMB. I also think legacy providers have recognized this and have tried to create managed packages that would cater to SMB's. I noticed Salesforce created a more accessible SMB package to compete with Hubspot in both CRM and Marketing Automation. You call out a good point that if you wanted a highly custom system, then any work required by a systems integrator might be cost-prohibitive to that business. How we interface with these systems with AI will significantly impact the overhead we see today. Reasoning model agents will allow us to write fewer and fewer explicit instructions and workflows required by systems that act as SQL wrappers. The comparison I like to make is akin to Tesla replacing lines of C++ Code for a Neural Network. Legacy SaaS = Tesla C++, AI = Tesla Neural Networks/FSD

I think it's a great enabler for SMB. Agentistic workflows are a productivity multiplier. Take, for example, what we've built at Strama. Dedicated research and copywriting to write a good cold email typically took much time and effort (+30 minutes). You can now do that at scale for multiple contacts

@MarvinTBaumann It would be interesting to hear how their GTM team is pitching this long tail POV and, to your point, to whom. Seems like the natural evolution to cross sell their ChatGPT enterprise customers

@mattwallace Sure, I think that’s the long tail future. Near term, the biggest AGI Bull in OpenAI is showing that our PHD level AI overlords need steering and guidance. Interested in seeing what developments in memory we get this year to unlock more autonomy

My open questions are: 1. Economics - How will OpenAI price this and how will this compare to the status quo. Will it be outcomes based? Consumption? 2. Integration - Will this act as a standalone, or will it act as an agent working across your CRM, ABM, etc. 3. Configuration - what's the lift/complexity/time to value

@jmoneylai4 The newest demo in the tweet was a quick spin up over the last month. My cofounder and I have been working together over the last eighteen months.
