Wow! Our course on using MRI to optimize brain stim accepted for #OHBM2025. So cool. I've wanted to go to Australia at least since 6th grade... šŸØšŸ¦˜šŸŖƒ

That seems to be enough to buy gains in longevity and brain and heart health. At least 150min/week is doable.

In the action-mode, arousal is heightened, attention focused externally, and plans are converted to goal-directed movements and updated based on feedback, such as pain. The brainā€™s action-mode is created by a dedicated action-mode network (AMN) In the brainā€™s mode continuum, the AMNā€™s action-mode sits opposite the DMNā€™s default-mode for self-referential processing, counterbalancing each other as yin & yang. AMN dysfunction might be key in pain, apathy, Parkinsonā€™s, etc. New NRN piece with Marc Raichle & @gordonneuro. Short šŸ§µ ā¬‡ļø
