@DrAllyLouks Covid-related parosmia/cacosmia since late 2020 but have always also had progesterone-linked hyperosmia. No medical treatment/investigations, or research, has ever suggested anything to improve the parosmia which has a huge negative effect on every aspect of my life!

@richardhirschs1 @EM_RESUS OOH local GP (in 1980) listened to my mum when she said I was lethargic and not feeding at 9 days old. She knew it was different to my toddler brothers-he listened, agreed & said it was neurological. Sent me to specialist hospital…ICH from birth trauma. Saved my life that night

@EricaCochrane @adamfare1996 Remember similar when in year 5-aged 9. Almost home time so told I could wait…unfortunately not for the two students who suffered me vomiting all down their backs as we had story time on the class carpet 🤢 When teaching in schools I NEVER refused a toilet request from students

So no maternal care and, since mothers, aunts and grandmothers are responsible for neonatal, infant and child health, are children expected to also die from sickness? Where is the line being drawn and by whom?

The Taliban have reportedly ordered male doctors NOT to treat female patients. So, if women are BANNED from university & can’t study to become doctors, and now can’t be treated by male doctors, then what are they supposed to do? Die from sickness?

@BBeLieu @CharliRe33 @alexandra4625 @EwdatsGROSS I’ve had post-Covid parosmia for >18 months now. All the same foods describe & anything fried, grilled, barbecued, coffee…I recommend you look up the AbScent Phantosmia and Parosmia support group. It’s UK based but has members all over 🌎Lots of research and edible meal ideas!
