Great work be everyone, showing that vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) growth is more flexible than previously thought.
First paper of 2021 just published in @ACS_ANM! We show that liquid alloys confined in nanoscale trenches can catalyze the growth of semiconductor crystals. Congrats to @Kempa_Group and our colleagues @toshiba!
