This is what impact looks like when @F3Omaha gets involved. 25% of all homeless are veterans. Omaha is one of the few communities who is near neutral on providing veterans housing. Thank you to Victory Veterans Home and these men for providing a little bit of holiday cheer!

7 @F3Omaha PAX joined YHC @f3mainstage for a lower body burner, upper body tester and core stretcher. Oh and we did burpees and sprints...so that was fun. In times of division we all have the responsibility to listen and unite and find a path forward. Go be leaders!

Join me tomorrow @F3TheWhetstone as I repeat the 👊⬇️ I attempted two months ago where I almost drown and electrocuted several @F3Omaha HIM during a rainstorm. Weather looks clear so we should be able to get through the whole thing.
