বাংলাদেশ পুলিশে চাকরিরত অবস্থায় আছেন তাদের অবস্থা অতি জঘন্য ও ঘৃণিত কারণ তারা দশ টাকা থেকে শুরু করে অজস্র টাকা ঘুষ লেনদেন করে থাকে। যা সম্পূর্ণ জনগণ এবং রাষ্ট্র বিরোধী কাজ। বাংলাদেশের সমস্ত পুলিশকে নতুন করে ঢেলে সাজানো হোক এবং শূন্যস্থানে নতুন করে নিয়োগ করা হোক।
নাজমুস সাকিব খান, বিপি ৮৩১২১৪৭৭৬৪,২০১২, ৩০ তম বিসিএস এর মাধ্যমে পুলিশে যোগদান করেন আপন মামা ময়মনসিংহ জেলা প্রশাসক ছিলেন। টাঙ্গাইলের প্রভাবশালী আওয়ামী পরিবারের সন্তান হওয়ার কারণে সে ডিএমপিতে চাকরি করেন ডিএমপি কমিশনার আসাদুজ্জামান মিয়া বিশ্বাস ভাজন হয় বিএনপি নেতাদের দমনে নাজমুস সাকিবের ডিবি টিমকে ব্যবহার করা হয়। ২০১৮ সালের রাতের ভোটের অবদানের কারণে নাজমুস সাকিবকে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা বিপিএম পদক দেন। ২০২২ ২৩ সালে গাজীপুরে বিএনপি নেতাদের সমাবেশে সে পুলিশি নিপীড়ন তার নেতৃত্বে হয়েছে। বিনিয়োগ করে মহারাজ আবার ডিএমপিতে পদায়ন হয়েছেন।
