First Sikh sacred music exams launched in UK. Kirtan has become part of the universal eight-grade music examination system. Five Sikh string instruments, dilruba, taus, esraj, sarangi and saranda, can now be studied resulting in UCAS points being awarded.

@rroyal110 Love a quick debate activity!With sixth form I've done a do you agree or disagree with statement X. They write their answers then team up to find what others have said on their side, critically evaluate and discuss the strongest claims in order to present to the opposing group.
