A lot of companies have seen CAC payback periods explode because of slower growth and higher churn. ZoomInfo’s recent quarter shows how quickly things can turn - a 12 yr payback isn’t sustainable.

30 days until @ycombinator 's demo day. Some unusual tips around sales: 1. Only do 6-8 quality sales calls per day 2. Do that in the morning since both sides are energetic 3. Small talk for at least five minutes, find common things between you guys. same hobby, same school, both
