1951. My mum met my dad who was Butlins ents manager. He asked her to enter Miss Butlins for a laugh. She won.They married in ā53. They both died on todayās date (Feb 16) one year apart, in 2007 & 2008. Not a perfect marriage. But they laughed. A lot. RIP Bett and Mike Robbins.
