Today at a conference, a man raised his hand to ask a question and proceeded to mansplain the speaker. The moderator interrupted him and said "thank you for your long comment with no actual question, explaining to the speaker things she probably knows better than you" (1/2)

@drdelarocker Introduce yourself and then tell them! I got to meet someone like this and told them I was basically fan-girling…they smiled and talked with me more. And then it’s out of your system…get a panelist pic and record the presentation so you can remember it all!
