It’s important to know that the MQ9’s and ALL costs including training, transport, sustainment is fully funded at no cost to Ukraine, US or allies. It will cost Ukraine $1 each. The only thing we need to deliver these is Ukrainian political and public support. That’s it.

"We stand behind our offer of two Predator (Reaper) MQ-9 unmanned aircraft plus
Ukraine could get 2 MQ9 Reaper drones with transport, training, maintenance and spare parts for 1 USD. And there's 100 more gathering dust in a warehouse.
Per Ukrainian drone pilots, they would be extremely useful for Ukraine.

Maybe check my LinkedIn out 😊 Ukraine leads the global UAS industry. While the big NATO Defense companies are working on high end expensive drones, Ukraine has created mind blowing tech leveraging its broad engineering expertise to meet a constantly changing war.
