I'm a writer, an advocate, an ally, a social justice ninja and super passionate mom. All in one person! It's exhausting and SO. MUCH. FUN. *Opinions are my own*

@PutAimovigOnNHS @drseanmullen There are times I wish that I could stop thinking about it. I dream of being able to go to a coffee shop and hang with a friend — literally. There's something in my logical makeup that makes it impossible, but I understand the desire to ostrich and stick my head in the sand.

@PutAimovigOnNHS @drseanmullen And once you've put your kid(s) into a classroom with 20+ other kids whose families are not taking any precautions, it's harder to justify not doing other things. It's a slow slide and paying attention is *painful*. So I understand why many parents who had no choices, stopped.

@morganb What does this reimagination of AI implementation mean for how much water is used to cool the hardware? Does it make AI more sustainable from an environmental perspective?

RT @joeolivermd: Your child is not sick from lack of exposure to sickness. They do not have immunity debt. Your child born after lockdowns…

@Adede2023 @joeolivermd It doesn't need to be though, and that's the freaking point. In fact, the less it's a part of life in early childhood, the less it's a part of life later.

@coffeeteanxiety Sessions with a personal trainer, or even better a kinesiologist. Suggest sticking to bodyweight exercises as opposed to free weights. Growth plates haven't fused yet and weight lifting can affect growth and development. Lastly, a dietician! Learn how to fuel your awesome.

@jheighton3 They won't diagnose it. They've sent my son to every kind of specialist under the sun and everytime I ask if it could be long COVID, they say, "Could be! Good luck getting a diagnosis though... It wouldn't change how we proceed, we just treat the symptoms." 🤬

@Antokelly15 @DrNeilStone So you're not pregnant if you don't take the test that says you are, right? Zero consequences there...

@AshleyGWinter My OB said to me once, "Fetuses are parasites, but in a good way... Mostly. If you don't consume enough calcium, your baby will get it anyway... They just take it from your bones 🤷♀️." It was eye opening!

@theskinnypop super disappointed! Two bags of popcorn in one box that have butter and kernels that have somehow escaped the bag? Poor quality control, I gotta say.

Trying again because I apparently posted before I was finished! The irony of this sign considering they take zero precautions for #AirborneIllness — especially in a place almost guaranteed to find the vulnerable. We know #COVID caused a myriad of heart issues. #FirstDoNoHarm

@Lucat_7711 @COVID19_disease How the hell would they receive a vaccination when we don't even know what the illness is yet?

This whole thread 🤌🤌🤌
I’ve been seeing some classic Monday morning quarterbacking as the necessity of #COVID19 lockdowns are being discussed once again. As usual, we’re seeing a lot of hyperbolic statements and attempts to create conversations around comparative suffering which is always just a 1/

@RobynInWellness @heysugardumplin Uh, we know they CAN, very rarely, cause myocarditis — which resolves over time. But also, the years covered in the study included ones where the vaccines did not exist yet. We also know that COVID causes heart issues and clotting.
