Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn in her Shadow Carja Armor! Benni sculped all 300 armor pieces himself, which we then sanded, primed, painted and weathered by hand. It was 3 months of hard work, but we are both super proud of it! ❤️ @Guerrilla #horizonzerodawn #giveushorizon2

As a huge Monster Hunter fan I just HAD to build the Zinogre Dual Blades! They're made out of a PVC pipe, eva foam and include a good amount of LEDs. I used translucent plastazote foam to make the lights shine through! ⚡️ Pretty right? 😁. @monsterhunter @CapcomUSA_ #cosplay

Had a super fun panel about foam armor this weekend and attaching seams to be always an issue! So here’s a video! It works mostly with velcro that I sewed onto the fabric underneath my armor. The counterpart was hotglued directly onto the foam. Hope this helps! 🙂
