not a myday but its kinda obvious op is saying that sungjin is a rhythm guitarist and isnt trained to play lead. jae used to play lead guitar, which involves the solos and such so it makes sense that its harder to play songs hat depend on lead without a lead guitarist.
i’m defo gonna get hate for saying this 🥲 but i think it ultimately comes down to the fact that many of the songs on this album have more complex arrangements that would really benefit from a skilled solo guitarist to fully round out the performance -.
