@Feydd66 @duolingo One of my chests today was to find Zari 7 times. I had to complete 15 lessons before that happened! 2 days ago my first two chest challenges yielded no gems at all! It's ridiculous

@duolingo I have tweeted you 8 times in the last month asking questions and you have not responded. I find it very frustrating that I am not rewarded for my efforts on your app and it makes me less likely to spend time on it. Why do you refuse to respond?

@duolingo I just completed 2 Crowns and wasn't offered any "watch an ad for another reward and earn 30 Gems". I rely on these to be able to complete Purple Crowns. What's the Craic?

@duolingo I just completed a crown perfectly and received no reward aside from the Crown. Usually I win 15mins x2 XP and by watching an ad 30 gems. Why no prize today?

@duolingo Recently I have now got "Daily Quests". I don't receive a chest for completing my Daily Target anymore. And despite there being chests next to the Daily Quests I earn nothing from them either. What is the point??

@LBWF_Better I called back and spent another 21 mins on hold to be again told "all our advisors are busy please call back another time." Why does the system do this?? That's 42 mins on hold and no response.

@duolingo Please advise. I complete a Crown and get 15 min Double XP and by watching an ad 30 Gems. I complete a 2nd Crown and get 15 mins Double XP but no Gems. A 3rd Crown and nothing.
