Across Waltham Forest we have Better Community Living Rooms (warm spaces) from 11am-1pm which allow those who need to access a free hot drink, interactions, a shower and a listed activity. @ageuk_WF

Do you know about Lloyd Park Leeks? They are a free, ultimate frisbee club set up for teenage girls. At Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre we are supporting them with fitness for the ones who are competing in competitions. Well done to the U17s for their bronze medals at nationals!
