Trump repeatedly being accused of calling white supremacists and neo nazis "very fine people" is one of the best examples because Joe Biden launched his campaign on that claim and you only have to watch a few seconds in the interview past "there's very fine people on both sides" to hear trump say "and I'm not talking about the white supremacists or the neo nazis, they should be condemned totally."

Okay, this is a real policy in place at Harvard University aimed at increasing the number of black and Hispanic students that Asian families have taken to court because they were expected score higher than every other racial category that Harvard decided to separate applicants into. This is what we're taking about when we say DEI is illegal. We're not saying "being diverse is illegal" we're saying "discriminating against race, sex, gender, or sexual orientation because you want your company or school to be more diversein those categories is illegal."

I'll try to keep it simple, maybe your just unaware. If, let's say, a college created a policy that separated applicants on racial lines, we'll call them Race A or RA and Race B or RB, and required that RB achieve higher standards than RA in order to get access to the same opportunities under the intent of increasing the size of the RA student body, would you consider this policy to be racially discriminatory?

1. Whether or not you believe that is not relevant to the statement. The civil rights act makes discriminatory policy illegal most of DEI policy is discriminatory. Ergo DEI in the context Phil is referring is illegal. 2. No. I look at people as individuals with unique experiences and needs. Not surprised you don't. You lot can never make it past the color of somebody's skin. 3. If in 10 years "whites" were worse off than every other collective you want to put people into as a result of the systemic discriminatory policy you right now support, would you then support racially discriminatory policies against "poc" in order to benefit "whites" who are now suffering from systemic injustice?
