Incredibly sad day for the
@Twins
and Costello family. Ryan came to the park everyday with exceptional energy and positivity that infected those around him. He not only seeked to get better himself daily, but would push those around him.

We have to understand the “language” of each athlete for transfer of ideas to occur. Coaching is distilling complex ideas into actionable info that the player can internalize and “own”. It’s incredible what we find out when we simply ask “In your words, what was the message”

multiple times about buying HKTC, but as a volunteer the cost was hard to swallow. I pulled the trigger, ate a few more PB&Js that month, & it changed me as a coach.

Incredibly saddened by the passing of my hero. He was the epitome of what a pitcher should be both physically and mentally. Thank you for the way you have positively affected so many young Canadian baseball players. RIP Roy Halladay.
