She's literally talking about people like you. Straight up gaslighting.
These kids were getting dragged and called all sorts of names growing up.
I wanna build an app for teaching local languages e.g Dinka, Nuer, Arabi Juba etc.
I am gonna need some translators because I can't speak any of these languages fluently. Anyone interested?

I'm developing a new app called Sahil, which means "easy" in Arabic.
Sahil connects businesses with suppliers and customers, streamlining the buying and selling of goods. It creates an organized and efficient supply chain system customized for small businesses.

My home office in Kampala was where I spent most of my time, even though I was often sick. Despite my health challenges, I would work late into the night. This place saw the beginning of many great ideas, and I credit much of my progress to the long hours I spent there.
Just tried my hand at photo editing for the first time!
Lol, I've also installed Adobe Lightroom. I think I'm gonna take a few photography and photo editing classes.
Sahil secured 2nd Place in the Innovation Incubator Challenge! We're focused on driving positive change in digital literacy, women's empowerment, financial inclusion, education, & sustainable energy.
This award is a testament to the hard work & dedication of our team.

I was at Scenius Hub in Juba yesterday. The NCA is doing a great job, training and empowering girls in ICT skills. I talked to each one personally. They all have unique stories from different backgrounds. Just a reminder, every castle started at the basement – keep building!
I wanna give a huge shout to
@FrontendMasters
. Specially
@stevekinney
, your "JavaScript Performance" course has taught me a lot.
I even wrote an article about Web Performance upon completing it!
Here are the list of things I wanna learn in 2019
1 - Cloud Computing on AWS
2 - Machine Learning
3 - Computer Graphics and Image Processing
4 - Improve on my web development skills
I'm gonna start off the year by publicly committing to the
#100DaysOfCode
challenge
It all started with a simple phone call to my mom. I could hear the exhaustion in her voice as she shared the challenges of running her restaurant. I felt like I should do something to make my mom's life easier, and the next day, I sat down to brainstorm solutions.
Job search should be fun and simple; that's why I decided to create Biti.
Biti helps you organize your job search, learn more about yourself, and it's really fun to use. I can't wait for you try out this app!
I am recovering from a condition known as Somatoform Disorder Disease. This illness has affected my ability to work & study for years. Its symptoms often led to me falling ill without understanding why.
My productivity has increased tenfold ever since I started my treatment.

jihadists on display for all to see. They are fanatics.
2 weeks after I turned 18, I got caught up in a rebellion. Spent a week sleeping in the open, surviving on lentils and dates.
We'd spend our nights watching bullets fly by and trying to guess which gun made that sound.
For those asking, Sahil doesn't have an office in Juba yet. Our main office is in Norrsken House, Kigali, Rwanda. We're aiming to set up an office in Juba within the next 2-3 months.
This is where we spend most of our time working on Sahil!
Wanted to go swimming today but looks like it's gonna rain. Guess I'm gonna continue working on Inspirers.
I've implemented the backend logic for recurrent events, now I'm gonna work on the calendar UI.

What an amazing journey it's been! Maged Faiz presented Sahil at the 4th Edition of the Town Hall of

yesterday.
At Sahil, our mission is clear: create a logistics platform for businesses in emerging markets, especially those with limited internet access.
Here's to my incredible baby sister! Over the past four years, you've grown from a young girl into a strong, determined, caring, and creative young woman. I couldn't be prouder of the person you've become. Here's to your amazing journey and the exciting adventures that await ❤️❤️
I failed to finish my first two challenges due to various commitments and circumstances
This is my 3rd attempt 🎯
This time I'll be focusing on
✅ C++
✅ Software Design & Architecture
✅ Machine Learning
✅ Distributed Systems & Databases
✅ Web Development

Day 1
I am grateful to
@holtbt
for introducing me to React and motivating me to move beyond the tutorial hell and conquer my imposter syndrome. This was four years ago, and my career has since taken a completely different direction as a result. .
Work on routines today. Loving the progress of Inspirers.
- Link your Spotify, GiHub, or YouTube so you can share what you're up to!
- Collect resources and the app will automatically select and serve them whenever you desire!

Sahil's product selection process starts by gathering products from various suppliers. Using a ranking algorithm, we evaluate factors like proximity, price, quantity, rating, etc to assign each product a Sahil score.

I am deeply appreciative of Tasha. Her guidance has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. Despite facing significant health challenges throughout 2023, it has only served to fuel my determination and resilience.
Nothing will ever hold the Energy Man back!

My favorite is from my childhood where were not allowed in any of the neighborhood's playgrounds because all the children were told not to play with "us". Felt bad about it back then but I laugh about it now.

Trevor's wealth of experience and expertise is set to take Sahil to new heights!
Transitioning from being stuck in the tutorial rut into being able to read docs and building apps without having to copy examples >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Hey everyone, what topics are you seeking to learn in 2019?
I'm seeking to learn-
1. Product management
2. Progressive Web Apps
3. Accessibility
4. Amazon Web Services & Cloud Computing
5. WebVR 😼
It's crazy how misinformation spreads on X.
I found the video's source on a Telegram channel linked to the military wing of Hamas, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. It's from October 7th in Kibbutz.
In the video, the person says: "We don't harm your children the way you harm ours."
I'm done with Sahil's payments! I built a custom GraphQL server and integrated Momo as a RESTDataSource. Next, I'll add this server as a remote schema in my GraphQL API to maintain a consistent data access layer for agent and client apps.

Had Tonsilitis but I'm recovering. Now back to improving Sahil. Initially, we prioritized functionality. Moving forward, our focus is on enhancing user and customer experience as we gear for launch.

I've been feeling much better lately, which has helped me focus on work. If my health hadn't been declining, I could have accomplished a lot more in 2023 but I'm really grateful for the progress I've made with Sahil.
We can now take orders and process payments. Next, we'll focus on item pickup and delivery tracking. Initially, we planned to manage this manually through the agent app, using calls or texts to confirm with couriers.
We now plan to develop a dedicated app for couriers.
I had the pleasure to attend the Global Youth Summit hosted in Kigali, Rwanda & connect with global change makers.
I learned about
- Intercontinental collaboration.
- Digital entrepreneurship and the importance of cross generational communication.

I'm amazed by the amount of progress I've made in 4 days. I can't wait to share this 😉
We've wrapped up the supplier pages, and now the final piece on the agent dashboard is payment processing. After that, we'll focus on significant UX/UI improvements before moving on to the client-facing apps.

Equity Bank has shown me premium shege this week. First of all, they held my funds for a whole week, and a random $500 just disappeared from my account today.
