No one is understanding my current knee issue . The pain is refractory to analgesia and I’m reliant on a knee brace and crutches now . And the worst part is that I don’t want to be held back because of being off frequently due to this pain . Imma just see tbh 🫠.

Oh that university? I’ll never forget how they gave kids acceptance into res only for the kids to get to school and there’s no rooms . They were forced to sleep in the exam halls and then next thing they were thrown out into the street by the administration’s security.
Does anybody have a contact @CPUT I met a young student on the plane, Nobuhle. She is from Ulundi had never traveled outside her town let alone province. She was excited to start her first year. Was told to come today. She has been accepted academically but her res was pending. She has proof she was asked to come today even if res was pending on the system she would then register at the admin block. When we landed I could tell she was a little lost so I offered to drop her off at campus because she only had R150 for transport for the week. The Uber to her campus was already R180 We arrive at the campus and security won’t let her in because the admin has closed for the day. He shows us about another 50 kids sitting by the gate with their bags unable to go register so they can go to their res. I can’t in good conscience leave her alone on the street. Mrs Motaung who told her to come isn’t answering her phone. I mean what is she meant to do? Alternatively she can try come back tomorrow but I don’t have anywhere for her to stay because everything is booked up for SONA and mining Indaba or it’s like 16k a room I also have an event at 6pm So please help with a CPUT contact or suggestions. Lapho her dream was to come do med lab science here so that she can create some early detection chemical or formula for blood diseases then make it affordable for the people from a town like hers
