@nextlevelbb Why is this any different than an outfielder with a do or die situation? Shouldn’t arms be prepared to be able to do this? With proper on-ramping and workload management, this is very effective. Training programs aren’t built around pulldowns. Pulldowns are built into programs.

Thinking that people made radar guns and TrackMan read numbers higher than they actually are is a hilarious take. People just throw harder now because they understand that more players throw hard so opportunities come to those who throw hardest.
Today's 98 mph is the equivalent of the Jugs gun 94 and the Ray gun 90. Don't be fooled by all these new wave velocity numbers. Velocity numbers are now comical. The overwhelming majority of college hitters don't have the bat speed to hit real 95+. The overwhelming majority of high school hitters don't have the bat speed to hit real 90+.

@Pthorsen11 Love this. When you stop looking at improvement from the lens of does it look better and start looking at measurable improvements, it’s a lot easier to see what actually matters.

Brody’s greatest gift is his strength and raw athleticism. This offseason he’s put in the work to improve his balance and stack which allows him to fully utilize his athleticism and be much more consistent to ball release.

@CoachBeede Who on earth is charging that?!? We have youth academies at my facility and there’s no deposit and the monthly dues are lower at every level.. and they train 3x per week
