For years I worked with Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank, other Arabs, and the international community on humanitarian and water projects to address Gaza’s water crisis, among other issues. I have close connections with many Palestinians.

This is what I mean when I say people have lost touch with the meaning of words. The strike specifically targeted operatives from the military branches of Hezbollah. Their personal devices. Terrorism targets civilians. This is not what that is.
