Also, part of suspicion was that driver was near Atlanta, a "major narcotics distribution hub." Strange that all the interstate highways connect known drug distribution hubs. They should have built them between non-drug-distribution hubs instead. This is all Eisenhower's fault.

Great thread. The state tried to take someone's life savings essentially based on innuendo and guesswork, like the fact that (per the dissent) he was traveling on a "major drug trafficking interstate."
