98 year old drove himself off a cliff down Rhossili. 58 year old jumped off Morriston hospital roof over the weekend. 21 year old I found Sunday morning. Young lad talked down from Pontardawe bridge by kids on Sunday. Depression doesn’t discriminate on age. Reach out!! 💛💙.

After 6 amazing years at Bryn Rovers, it’s time for a fresh start. Winning the league, 3 cup finals, stepping up as assistant manager, and finishing 8th in the WWPL have given incredible memories. Now, I’m excited to embrace the next chapter, & I look forward to what lies ahead.
