It is with regret that we announce the sad loss of Chris Smart, one of the All Wales Sport directors, who passed away suddenly at home this morning. Our deepest sympathies go to his widow Kay and the family. Another of life's characters is no longer with us. RIP Chris.

Rugby - Still no ‘official’ rugby results on WRU website since 22 December from Premiership to Division 3 East D. Simply not good enough for WRU to rely on outside sources to provide information for clubs.

Rugby - One of the longest servants of local rugby - Alun West - has passed away following a recent stroke. As well as being a former club secretary, WRU referee, Alun served the Llanelli DRU for many years as fixture secretary, secretary, referee advisor and president.

After being the groundsman at Parc y Scarlets for over a decade, Luke Jenkins, will finally get to play on his sacred turf at the Llanelli District Rugby Union Cup Finals Day at 4pm on Saturday, 23 April. Luke will play for Furnace United against either Ammanford or Llangennech.
