@RealAngelaMc Are you friends with Michael Malice? He has talked about cutting out the publishers several times on Your Welcome. It's not something I worry about, but seem to remember pros and cons. Might be worth asking him if you can.

@SBakerMD Minimal farts. I had partial colon resection a few years ago (sigmoidectomy) so it is a welcome side effect. Pressure in there is not what I want.

@thelowcarb_rd This is Scott Adams' "systems over goals" idea. Helped me when I dropped 50 lbs. There were several plateaus along the way. Rather than getting frustrated, I just thought about my system and kept going. Good advice. Worked for me.

@9mm_smg I remember telling this to my extremely liberal friend in 1991 or 1992. He got all pissed off and looked up the stats, and came back and apologized. He was still believing the Oprah 20% of population is going to get it propaganda.
