A base level of strength is exactly what the majority of HS aged players never achieve...they start on the baseball specific workouts as kids and miss the boat! Get STRONG! Then Specialize! Lift with the football team.

This isn’t a ground breaking thread but holy cow so many kids need to see this. More does not equal better.
One of the biggest misconceptions out there is that you have to spend hours a day grinding in the gym to see results. Nope. The best athletes I’ve found who make the most progress put in a lot of high effort, high focus work with full recovery, are done in 45 minutes and go rest.

Simply interpreting the data isn’t enough though. Can you TEACH it to the athlete? Can you help them understand what you’re seeing and how they need to fix it AND help them make changes to fix it? And when they can’t make the adjustment can YOU change your teaching approach?
Anyone can buy a rapsodo, edgertronic, blast, etc. and use it as a tool to recruit athletes but what’s the point if no one knows how to use and interpret any of the data?
