That should be a SOW (Switch on Wheels), not a COW (Cell on Wheels). In a major data center, they would use a gas supression system, not sprinklers. I would doubt a ruptured chiller system could penetrate the data floor enough to flood.

You only have a certain amount of time on battery backup when you have a telephone switch that loses commercial power. It's actually normal that it would continue a few hours. In the meantime, they will roll a COW out and reroute network functions. It's not an overnight fix.
