Exactly. But there's a huge difference between expanding rights and ripping them away. Also, the Brown Court, recognizing the gravity of overturning long established precedent, acted only on unanimous agreement. Dobbs, by contrast was 6-3, and needed 2 stolen seats to get to 6.
