I'm gay. I won't have kids. If I had a child, I would put them in Catholic school (I'm an atheist) or private school or home school them. I would save money not for college but to start several businesses with them to show them how to start (and fail maybe) a business (or 2 or 3)

I agree with you. However, I'm stuck on the stats. 25% of registered GOP voters went straight party ticked but split for Hobbs in this divided political environ? 70% of swing voters went Dems in a county polling 60% GOP a few weeks earlier. I need more information. Trial=good.

I remember listening very, very carefully to that as I am not a lawyer. What Comey said was that the statute required proving "intent" which couldn't be done so they wouldn't prosecute. Though I don't see how the act itself doesn't demonstrate the intention.
