-The Sun won because the UK court took Amber's word for almost everything.
-For almost all of the 12 incidents, the court ruled on, NO DIRECT EVIDENCE was provided except Amber's word.
What a disingenuous thing to say. People use the court case where the High Court found that the Sun proved that Depp is a wifebeater and that he put Heard in fear for her life (upheld by the court of appeal) as the proof. Later bolstered by overwhelming DV expert consensus
