I always educate young women when traveling alone not to be trusting of anyone and to avoid places your instinct tells you to. Travel safely, but always always keep your guard up because you have to assume even the most friendliest of ppl have subversive intentions.

She is still charged with man slaughter, which in and of itself could also be life imprisonment. This is the correct charge. The SAO has the full case file including evidence. This is the correct charge based on totality of evidence that they have.

Boarded a flight to Turkey? There is no extradition with Colombia in Montenegro, but he is American and USA would’ve taken jurisdiction and sent him back to Colombia. That only applies to Colombian citizens. What a loser! Hope he gets his just do in a Colombian prison.

This is clearly not a “stand your ground” case. She could not prove she was in danger, the door was locked in her home, the sheriff would not have charged her if it was. I agree with you in some things Atty Crump, but not this.

I agree in part and disagree in part. The black market trade of marijuana is involved in deaths. If legality becomes law then it should be grown in farms with legal workers earning a pay check and not in a clandestine field protected by guys with AK’s.

Much better if Dad teaches his kids about gun safety and uses a trigger lock just in case. Trigger locked firearm is easier to get to and dad can put the firearm in a place he and mom knows where it is. Gun safety is more important around kids and showing them that a gun is not a

I don’t know if I was the only one trained not to stand in front of a car when a suspect is inside of it and behind the wheel, but it appears I was. He put himself in that situation. Only time we were trained to use deadly force on an occupied vehicle was if the suspect placed

Brother, I learned not to just “deal with it.” I’ve seen some very f’d up things and before I swallowed my pride I used to just “deal with it” And it helped me zero. When i went to my own private therapist it was the best thing I did for me and my career at the time. No shame

I believe Maxwell is building a case for repatriation back to UK. She won’t serve her full sentence here in USA. UK is our biggest ally and friend and that relationship is more important than one convicted sex offender. UK will soon start asking for her on humanitarian grounds.

You can’t just “fall off” cruise ships. You have to either climb on the railing and jump, which you’re not supposed to be anyway; or you are grabbed and thrown over. From working Maritime Security on Cruise Ships and over 100 plus embarkations you cannot just “fall off.”
