10 years ago today a fascist named Anders Breivik (now Fjotolf Hansen) murdered 77 people, incl 33 minors, in what he described as fighting "cultural Marxism" Today, the term is used willy nilly by people on the right side of the political spectrum - from politicians to pundits

The fact that our political representatives + mainstream media have not only allowed for this type of language to penetrate our daily discourse/be normalised, but also for it to be seen as the response to civil rights movements (eg BLM) is one of the great atrocities of our times

This woman's last days were lived in pain and in line. She was denied the dignity and peace any dying person deserves. She knew the horrors she witnessed in the NHS were political and she used her final days to warn us about it. Her bravery won't be forgotten! RIP Jayne

It’s less than a week until we put @jeremycorbyn in Number 10, so I’m rereading @joecguinan and @oeufling People Get Ready as prep. Can’t recommend this enough - it’s like an instruction manual on what to do to kick the Tories out and take control of our socialist future! ✊🚩

Meanwhile in Lisbon after all the talk of #BlackLivesMatter things go back to “business as usual”.. Bailiffs +police just evicted mutual aid centre Seara which supported undoc migrants & refugees. I’m told journalists (namely @fumacapt reporter) were manhandled and tear gas used

I have slept through the Zoom event you hosted yesterday and for which I had booked a much coveted “space”. Forgive me it was nap time in quarantine or other times.

Much like @DaniRowley I too am on my period right now. I’ve spend £10 on it so far and it’s only the second day of my cycle. It’s time to abolish VAT on women’s sanitary products (aka #tampontax ) and end #periodpoverty

Há um provérbio da esquerda anglófona que diz, "Check your privilege at the door" Não ficava mal aos privados com casas no Zmar (celebridades ou não) e aos seus fervorosos apoiantes segui-lo

Portugal gains the largest number of black and other minority ethnic members of parliament in its history. But it also sees the first fascist returning to parliament in 45 years of democracy #legislativas2019 #portugueseelections

Last time I cried because of politics was 2015 I was on a bus and @jeremycorbyn was elected leader of @UKLabour . I was only a supporter then but I shouted and cried: "He won!" I've cried a few times today already and maybe by tomorrow I will be wailing in happiness #VoteLabour
