@TKopelman I’ll try going that route and rolling to current 401k. She was just trying to gain access to her account to view it online and change investments. They said to confirm her identity they needed the date she left. After 3 failed attempts they said they couldn’t help.

If you or I were qualified to perform such an audit, we still wouldn’t be allowed the information.
