@breweripods While I understand that a pause could be interpreted as insincerity, pausing to consider is sometimes necessary. In these instances, we should carefully frame our response so it is not misconstrued. Answering incorrectly and backpedaling is worse. I agree that balance is needed.

@MelissaMusto6 Knowledge hiding prevents PLCs from operating in true collaboration as they should. This occurring in low trust environments makes a leader’s work in establishing a positive culture and good working relationships that much more important.

@hwgsu2023 Great idea for multiple benefits in one exercise! Exercise provides mental clarity that is so needed after sitting at a desk for too long. Being visible is always beneficial.

@techatgalloway Stress can make it difficult for us to see situations clearly. It also limits our ability to navigate difficult circumstances. Stress is inevitable. Leaders need quick and easy ways to destress!

@LilLiteracyLady I believe seeking power and status DO impede on the fundamentals of being a servant leader. In education, I would not only say that students are first, but next in line are teachers. Effective servant leaders are “second” in many ways! #GSUEdLead

@adnlynch @HelenWangYying Agreed! We have to start with an open mind to even consider ideas different than our own. Diverse perspectives enrich our minds and lead us down untraveled paths. #GSUEdLead
