Geometrynodes quick tip! Wanna destroy your edges? Add some crease, use that crease to distribute points. Points to Volume, Volume to mesh. Make scale randomized. Booleon with the original mesh and done !

.. so ok I kind of made a solver with gnodes that uses generated flowmap to distribute rocks. Scale of the rocks affect how far they travel.

got one idea for the Endless Engines challenge. Might not have to to finish this but lets see. Using

to make mask from dynanicpaint data for cloth pinning and particle emitters. Actually probably 80% of this scene is made with gnodes.

WIP. I dont know why but this is the first time I´m using background reference for animation and its super nice and fast way to start animating ! thanks to my special assistant😊. This would´ve taken me at least a day to animate right but instead it took less than hour.

making some UberGround assets for the short movie. Poliigon had a nice little tutorial how to use gnodes for masking and uvmapping for example roads to ground. I spiced it up a bit for my purposes..

its getting quite heavy to handle the scene🤯 so I made a call to change the main snow particles to

. Gives more control and saves soo much memory when I dont have read cache of 500k particles. Next week I´ll try to add some smoke and final magic.

damn it took me hours to figure out how to make this 100% procedural. 1 single straight path. Some Sin Cos stuff and everything can be adjusted. Next I´ll make some cool animation with it cause I can more easily adjust between position and position_knitted_01
