He stands out in NXT compared to newer guys because he's basically a seasoned vet down in NXT, working with guys who are developing.

If Dijak can only get over in front of a small crowd, then he can do that on the Indie scene. But they aren't using NXT as a home for people deep into their career. It's still a learning tool.

@EliteClubS0B NXT is not a permanent gig. At some point you're supposed to be good enough to move up. The point is to see if they can sink or swim. They all get showcased right away, some catch on fast (Tiffy/Lyra), and others get 0 reaction like Blair & Sonya.
