@HouseofHelpers- last order collected in store before it closed down need to return or exchange. No response to CS emails. Previously would have taken to store to return it or exchange. So stuck with a product bought online thats not suitable.

@M3CommunityUS i’m a UK based doctor and for months have been seeking simple support from M3, no one is helping – I have hundreds of pounds accumulated and it’s not being accessed, this is so wrong, your support team just ignore my emails

@Pret CS no knowledge of shop closing early or when was closed for 10 days – no notice, we aren’t getting what the subscription offers. Staff make no apology Get hand out free drinks to those that they want to! What’s going on? Why is head office not interested? This is serious.

@Pret what happened to the Solihull Pret? – 2x in past week closed early – no advance notice; you advertise 5 drinks/day but we can’t get them if close early. Staff totally lied this morning saying we did not close early – I went by 3 pm and shop was shut! “CLOSED”. This is bad

@Pret why do you keep closing before advertised to do so? Have missed getting drinks because close abruptly no warning and no notice, I’ve taken a picture today of their opening hours, I walked past there 1/2 hour earlier, no notice given, came back to get coffee and “closed”
