@elonmusk 2/2 and included in gross profit not SG&A on a business P&L. I know, hard to get your head around. But look into it. You probably are going to kill research unless your plan all along is to give it to companies where you will pay more in operational and less "overhead."

@elonmusk 1/2 I worked in higher ed, but came from business. Won't argue universities are inefficient. Argue the "overhead" should be 40% instead of 50%. Truth is that the "overhead" are mostly operational costs (heat, lights, depreciation, etc.); the things you see as operational.

@zach_seyko Same reason you can't stop Travis Kelce. We move Tyler around so much pre-snap that it is difficult for defense to adjust. Now having said that, with PSU lack of receiving threat, you do what OSU did and bracket him on every play. It slowed him down.

@BobbyFlo7 I don't know why we think we are in good shape with coaching staff. WR is still a huge issue. Recruits don't pan out; players leave and become productive elsewhere; players come in and don't have impact. Is it Hagans, Kotelnecki, Allar? This issue will come to roost again IMO.

2/2 Start with a lot more expedited review. Would clean up a lot and the guy on the field does not have to review everything. They don't do this in college. And don't stand behind the curtain of not reviewable. Everyone (fans, coaches, players, owners) just want the calls right.
