In the 1950s, my mom's father asked her why she'd want to go to nursing school if she was just going to marry & have babies. She told him, "I'm really smart, dad, & I want to be a nurse." Grateful for my mom's strong will & the highschool ladies who helped her get a scholarship.

I am not religious but have no problem with displays of faith from others. This is how they cope, and it's okay. It has to be hard being on live TV, knowing people are about to be hurt, lose their homes, and maybe their lives.

The time to debate abortion rights is NOT when a woman's life is at risk. The fetus' viability is not more important than the woman's life. What about her child/children at home? Don't they deserve their mother? This unborn fetus' life is NOT the most important factor.
