I changed gold because the other one was a copy from the netherrack gold, but they are mechanically different so I had to change the overworld gold. I changed iron because it looked like beetroot ore.

The Sniffer texture feels "high res" purely because it's so big, but its exact same pixel size as everything else. The striders and ravagers have the same. Big surface = more detail, it's just how pixel art is. In-game when you play with them, you'll notice its a non-issue.

Made it slightly darker here - Also showing how ores intergrate, some better than others. I like this version. I tried making it even darker (Exact same colors as sides) But that makes it very busy and a bit too dark, so this is a compromise between the lighest and darkest.

Easy way to get blocked is by being rude, even slightly. I have enough poison in my mentions that it could kill an elephant so I have zero tolerance. I wil literally just block you forever without a doubt. For my own mental health 👍.

With the massive caves, buckets of lava are a huge utility to light up the abyss. I can see underground builds with lots of lava as well, seems like a solid effecient way to light up your underground base.

Which one is better? I've seen some valid feedback on this, obviously the new one is quite cluttered and busy, relative to the old one. But is that bad? Not so sure. Been thinking a mix between these too might be the best way to go. Basically a less cluttered 46a one.

I have been looking into making grimstone a little bit lighter, you will barely notice, but it will move grimstone a little bit more to the middle of stone-blackstone. Contrast in the block set will be lowered because It's too high atm, the darks are very dark. Pics on monday!.

The cobbled deepslate is there just to give the option of having the side texture on top/bottom. We didn't want to remove the old deepslate block where the side was on all sides from the game because I'm sure some builders would be upset.
