Unfortunately true.
There is a ton of low-quality, fake and potentially dangerous product available on @amazon, particularly in the dietary supplements category. Amazon needs to fix this issue, but their current way of approaching the problem makes no sense: - Deploy AI bot to randomly flag products with potential listing issues - Automatically deactivate the product - The case is then handed over to a special team called "Restricted Products Team" that currently has a "2-3 week backlog" to review cases and does not take calls. The fun thing is that the AI bot is inconsistent in flagging products and the only thing you're told is "this product has been identified as a dietary supplement." Completely broken system. Apologies, followers, this has become an Amazon complaint account for the time being. @amznsellerhelp @ajassy @dharmeshmehta Doug Herrington @JeffBezos

@EugeneNg_VCap Separate topic - It's quite interesting that you're sharing the monthly perf but you're also encouraging and filtering investors to think long term. Are investors mostly asking for these updates or is it more to keep yourself accountable and transparent on the platform?
