@B_Holmer @strydrunning You got the two units with the the footpath thing? It’s both enlightening and frustrating to the point of have sought professional form coach. It’s worth it though if you want to improve your form.

@zbitter Body measurements must factor in, hypothetically. Time to generate force and GCT and all that must factor in too. Implied in the protocol, runners need to experiment and be patient with any alterations.

@B_Holmer This has been an issue I have played around with and still don’t have it nailed down. I have tried caffeine fast for 48 hours prior many times. Usually works but the two days prior no bueno. I find tapers to exacerbate the flat. Is it the warmup too? Dunno

@juliaonjobs As it was in the late 70s early 80s. We also w pick up our papers for bike delivery at Maquez Elem. I would stand at Gelsons selling my pancake breakfast tickets to get the little jackets, window paint contest at Halloween, etc.

@B_Holmer But you do not want to drink distilled water, correct? If not, what is the amount of TDS in water? Tap is generally 100-300 ish PPM. But what’s in the tap water specifically is ???? I agree that electrolyte packets are probably too much for regular drinking

@chessMan786 __func__ is more practical along with making sure your strings are unique in the func. Using line would mean you have to look at the version checked in versus the function name across versions.

@RebuiltPt Coach Jim Hunt, coached at Humboldt State, would disagree. Fast feet wins meets. His assertion is that slow cadence running is practicing slow cadence running and you need to practice race cadence, basically.

@B_Holmer What do you think of the EZ Interval method (by Klass Lok) basically small interval sessions each day. Or at least the concept of small and frequent workouts in lieu of the 2-3 workouts per week methods?

@hybridathlete8 Be careful where you put it. I got a bad infection that caused my arm to swell and I needed antibiotics. I was told I need to put it in fat or something like that. I don’t have fat to put the monitor in.
