Repeat loop 1-2x a week
About a year ago I thought I was going to lose the business and deal cards on the strip to pay the bills.
If you are struggling keep going. Keep grinding and keep solving problems.
Looking to get more organized in 2024? One way to do that is through Airtable. It is a database-type software that can do much more than google sheets. It saves me 5-10 hours a week of admin work. I'll link some good videos to get you started.
Serious question. Who is a killer manual OA sourcer and wants to team up? My OA game is weak sauce right now and I am about to fix that. I am a killer with A2A and airtable. I'd bet I could save you 2-3 hours a week minimum and help you make money in A2A. DM's are open.
Onboarding a prep center and funding for Q4 let's go. Who wants to team up for Q4 and source our collective brains out? 2-to 4 of us can find way more leads than separately.
Would there be interest on semi daily videos documenting my Amazon journey and sharing insights? 7 figure OA seller slowly delegating work and launching a Pl product this year.
Short of telling what I’m sourcing and what product I’m launching I’d be sharing most everything .
Unpopular opinion. The number of maxed out Amex tweets on Twitter is disturbing. If things go south you could lose your business. Be responsible and have a plan if this Q4 doesn’t go as planned.
June numbers. Didn’t hit 125k which was the goal. Still very happy overall. Margin a bit down from last month with more returns and delayed checkin times. To get to the next level I’ll need to spend more.
One last orange bar post. Proud moment 1.3m. Higher than 2020 of 1.2m.
Won’t hit the stretch goal of 1.5m but beat my Q1 goal of 1m and learned a lot.
Confident I know how to get this to 2m+ in 2024 while feeling less burned out.

I’ve fought authentic with 3p invoices and got ungated in the past. Unless you are selling non authentic they should be fine.
Petty wild you are willing to threaten someone’s possible livelihood for $500 worth of stuff the software messed up. Seems pretty messed up.
Some days I feel like I know nothing. Yesterday I sourced and found nothing.
Today is not one of those days. Just getting started there are layers to the game.
Proud of this. We now have clarity of when something is bought, shipped, delivered, and shipped to Amazon. More work to be done but it is a great foundation.
I always find it funny that people post these screenshots. This is nowhere near the truth of what is going on but it sure looks good on Twitter I bet! If you want me to dive deeper into these numbers like this post and I will.
It’s crazy how the mind works and how much mindset matters. Me last year would love this and be proud. Me this year feels like a failure. I know I am not and am aware enough to know this.
To some this isn’t a big deal but right now we are on pace to cover our entire balance in month one and not need the second month from the plum card. Been working on getting to this point for over a year.
Deals are already going down and stuff selling out at ASD. Some of our fiends already placing 5-6 figure deals. We are looking at price lists and making contacts but for real you need todo your homework before the show if you want to buy.
Seems like there is some interest in Airtable. I am no guru but I'll get a video up in the next week going over some basics along with why I use it and my workflow.
Crazy what 1 year can do. 1 year ago I thought I was losing my business after losing premium placement overnight. Today we are working to scale it to another level.
If you are just starting work with what you have.
5 years ago I had to reset. Broke up with my ex. used her basement to process out of.
This was the room I rented. By night the bed was a bed by day it was a processing station.
I did this for 6 months in 2019.
Wide not deep is always talked about but what does that mean? See below. 78 skus 149 items. Super wide to build stability and turn our capital. The most of any 1 sku is 4 units. The he last two days we had 300 units and over 100 skus added.
Unpopular opinion amazon isn’t saturated but there are enough savages out there if you share all your alpha publicly it will no longer be alpha Keep that to your small group or yourself.
If you are doing A2A and are not using Airtable you are missing out. You can download your orders via CSV and uploaded them right in with CSV importer. All of those were brought in with 1 CSV file.
Little short of target. Got to clean up some things which we are already working on. Going for 110k+ next month with 10% net margin. If we do that we beat Dec 22 which would be amazing for May.
It nothing else the new inventory splits motivated me to get the garage cleared out so I can start with a clean slate with whatever Amazon decides to pull next.

It is hard at 1 mil you would have to hit 10% net which is pretty hard to do with shoes after returns we are at 9.5% and fighting hard for 10%. Rent alone on a place like he mentioned is what 3-5k? so you need 300-500k in sales just for rent. Add everything else in..
I have been striking out sourcing anything major for the last 2 weeks $500 here and there but I kept consistent and bam 12k spent today. Sometimes that is how it works.
Let's take this to the next step. I from there have this all go into a view that allows for a script to run and write the 90d BB price. All of that can be downloaded via csv and uploaded into IL as a buy list and your list price is that 90d price. 1 or 1000 items all done fast.
If you are doing A2A and are not using Airtable you are missing out. You can download your orders via CSV and uploaded them right in with CSV importer. All of those were brought in with 1 CSV file.
Twitter is wild.
The amount of people saying don’t buy too much of one brand that are buying too much of one brand is crazy.
Things are rarely what they seem on Twitter.
Decent Month.
Making a lot of progress.
Down YTY but PM is up overall and hours worked down.
Looking forward to starting PL with data dive tomorrow and learning from
