I’m changing my ship from address to a west location…
Then I’m getting east coast FCs and locking those in….
Then after shipments created, I’m changing my ship from address.

How to scale your Amazon FBA business:
1. When you hit 400-500 units / month, get a prep center.
2. When you have more capital than profitable items to buy, hire VA.
3. When you have more items to buy than capital, leverage lines of credit and funding.
Repeat 2&3 forever.
